Better than good. They are honest and you can talk to a real person.

There were two orders placed the same day and they emailed me to say they were combining the orders to save me the shipping on one of them. I didn't even think of that.

I messed up my order and they fixed it.

Delivery took a week by the post office, but they shipped the same day I ordered and gave me a tracking number so I could find my order.

I misspelled what I wanted and they CALLED me to ask about it!!! Can you believe that? Kudos to you southern people.

I goofed and gave them the wrong address. They had UPS pick up the package where it was delivered and had it redelivered to the correct address, but we forgot we would be out of town so it was returned. They then had UPS deliver it again after we returned (they called us several times and left messages). Unbelievable service from anybody let alone an internet company. Thanks again!
